Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PixelHeart - AI Girlfriend (the "App"), operated by Doga Apps ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App you represent that you are 18 or older. If you tell us or a character that you are under 18, romantic and sexual content is disabled and we may suspend the account.

2. What the App is

The App lets you chat by text and voice with AI characters, create your own characters, and browse characters shared by other users. All characters are artificial intelligence. They are not real people, and nothing they say reflects the views of a human being. The App is for entertainment and companionship only.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

• The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions (for example, weekly and yearly plans) that unlock premium features. Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the price of the plan you selected.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store terms. We cannot issue refunds directly.
• Some features may consume in-app credits or have usage limits; these are described in the App.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to:

• create, request, or share any sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes a person who is or appears to be under 18;
• create or share sexually explicit content;
• harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate any real person, or create characters based on real people without their consent;
• promote violence, self-harm, hate, or illegal activity;
• upload malware, scrape the service, reverse-engineer the App, or interfere with its operation;
• circumvent content safeguards or usage limits.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and we may report unlawful content to authorities where required.

5. User-generated content and the character store

• You own the content you create. By publishing a character to the character store, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the App so that other users can use it.
• You are responsible for the content you create and must have the rights to any image you upload.
• User-created characters are reviewed automatically before they can be shared. We may remove or reject any content at any time, with or without notice, if we believe it violates these Terms, the law, or our safety rules.
• To report a character or conversation, use the Report option in the App or email developerdoga@gmail.com. We review reports and act on them.

6. AI-generated content disclaimer

Replies, voices, and other content produced by AI characters are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other advice. Do not rely on them for decisions that matter. 7. Intellectual property

The App, its preset characters, artwork, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Account and termination

You may delete your account at any time in Settings > Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers and limitations of liability) will survive.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. AI providers and other third-party services we rely on may change or become unavailable.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

11. Changes to the App or these Terms

We may modify or discontinue features and may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this page. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence applies.
